Simple to use functionality of the platform & tools.

The GroupBy Command Center UI is a pleasure to use - it's very intuitive!

We had a great account manager at the beginning when we launched Groupby. Unfortunately, he moved into a different position and things just went downhill after that. We liked the customization tools for the most part, but sometimes they limited our ability to achieve the results we wanted. Our current account manager, Daniel Nguyen, is exceptional. He's patient and helpful and responds within a few hours if he's able to help us. If he's unable to help us with our question right away, he acknowledges that he received our question and looks into it and gets back to us as soon as he has an answer.
