I love that our customers have the ability to confirm or cancel their appt.without having to call into the office, or the office having to call them. I like that I can control what calendas are used to send reminders from rather then it being an all or none tpe of thing. Once you get it set up it is really easy to set it and forget it. I had some questions when there was turnover in the admin on the account and I was able to set up a time with customer service quickly and they were helpful and able to walk me through the process of what I needed done. We use G-Reminders all the time for our sales guys and their appointments and it has helped cut down on our no show appointments.
