GReminders has both reminders (SMS and email) and appointment scheduling, which I appreciate. I like that you can create different "event types" and use keywords to set up specific reminders, individualized for each person creating an appointment (when they answer certain questions). Some of their appointment creation options are good, such as before-appointment buffers, but they need after-appointment buffers (or is it reversed - I know they have one but not both options). Theoretically there are integrations with other softwares or apps that could be helpful but since I'm not a Millenial or Gen Z and I didn't do enough training in computer programming, I really don't understand how it works or how to integrate it. So...theoretically, it's great, but without more assistance, it's moot.
