Implementation was quick and intuitivie. It's easy to schedule and search through candidates as well as create meaningful score cards by role. Greenhouse pushes jobs out to job boards effectively to gather lots of applicants. They also have DEI nudges and the ability to candidates to enter their pronouns and name pronunciation, which is very helpful. Customer support is helpful. I use greenhouse every single day and we have it integrated with our HRIS system and LinkedIn recruiter.
