Greenhouse offers excellent interview kits that are automatically sent to interviewers with the calendar invite, including the resume, interview questions, scorecard, job description, and more. The internal job board and ability to add screener questions with auto-reject and email or auto-tag features is terrific. While the integration process was complex, the templates, user access controls, and integrations add great convenience. Every time I’ve reached out, the customer service support has been truly outstanding.

I love the overall functionality of Greenhouse and that it integrates with other platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Zoom & Teams). It helps a busy and heavily maxtrixed organization like ours keep track of candidates. I like the Interview scorecards and how they are designed to mitigate hiring bias by focusing on the position attributes and skills of candidates. I also like that you can copy over interview questions and form letters from templates so that you don't have to keep typing these in for every job posting. I like the chat feature and that is is always readily available. The reps we have engaged with throughout our implementation process have been helpful, supportive and responsive. I also like the ability to run reports within Greenhouse.
