Greenhouse is very user friendly and has a great user interface. It is not clunky, complicated, or cluttered. I love that Greenhouse is easy to use and has a very organized and structured visualization that makes it easy to find different sections and categories. A few of my favorite features are: the ease of editing and creating email templates to send to candidates, the ability to integrate and sync my Calendly account to invite candidates to book their interviews with me via Calendly, and the scorecard feature for recruiters and hiring teams to use when interviewing candidates. I use Greenhouse everyday as my main ATS for my company and my recruiting team and hiring teams love it.

It was easy to implement and it's easy to use. I use it every single day. The only reason I give it an 8 instead of a 10 is because at this stage, we're not using GH to its full potential. We don't send offers through it. I can't give it a 10/10 if I don't have experience using it at that stage of the process. I'm hoping to get that experience this year.

Greenhouse keeps everything organized, and helps our team work together smoothly. It keeps everyone on the same page and provides full transparency into how our hiring pipelines look, so nothing falls through the cracks.
