Customizable and Thorough

|Greenhouse
Grenhouse is well used across several industries and has built out a robust tool that covers what you need to get started hiring, quickly. Their customer support team and support center are knowledgable. I use greenhouse every day for candidate communications and hiring with very few issues.

Easy to Use, Good Support, Product Features

|Greenhouse
The best thing about Greenhouse is it's simple interface and general ease of use. It is fairly intuitive, and usable by team memebers that aren't as tech-savvy. It is customizable is most aspects and tiered permission levels make keeping appropriate access simple. Many ATS have overwhelming interfaces that are laden with symbols and buttons, which can make for messy processes and tool fatigue. Greenhouse keeps things simple while preserving functionality.

I personally think its very user friendly and even when I wasnt able to train new managers how to use it I reliazed most of the time they didnt even need the training and figured it out.
