I love how ubiquitous Greenhouse is. I've been using Greenhouse for 7 years. All 7 years, across 3 different companies I have only used Greenhouse as an ATS and it has been an easy ramp up at each of my companies because I already know Greenhouse

I use greenhouse daily several times a day - maybe up to 40 times a day honestly. 2 things - talent rediscovery is SO easy through greenhouse. I really like the ease of use and accessibility over tools like Gem. The second thing is the organization and flow of candidate profiles. Maintaining a clean candidate tracking environment is super easy with Greenhouse. Tools like merge profile, alerts for duplicate referrals etc. make it easy to track and follow along. I also love the two different pipeline views - one on the homepage of a req that is simple and fast, and one that is a more comprehensive pipeline view.

So far Greenhouse has really helped with keeping roles and candidates organized. It is really easy to see where we are at in the process for each opening we have. Also, it integrates very well with a lot of our current tools that we use like Google Calendar and Brighthire.
