I like Greenhouse's ability to customize hiring processes and formalize feedback. As a talent professional I appreciate when a software is truly created to help. We transitioned to Greenhouse a few years ago and have not looked back. Our process is very white glove and we are excited about the badges and trying to earn them. I think this is great if word gets out, as what you do matters just as much as who you do it for. A companies culture starts with how you treat potential employees who transition into full time employees.
