I enjoy that Greenhouse keeps me on track with recruitment. When dealing with high volume vacancies, it is a suppprtove tool in keeping me up to speed with where I am at with candidates, submitting feedback and rejecting. I also value the reporting functions to share with stakeholders.

I appreciate how it helps standardise the hiring process with templates for auto stage transistions, interview plans, and scorecards. How GH Intergrates with other software – Connects with various HR systems like Workday, background check services, Linkedin, Talent Wall, Modernloop etc The automated interview scheudling stages really helps reduces manual effort by integrating with calendars and recruiters can efficently do recruiter phone screens.
