With greenhouse we can tailor hiring stages, scorecards, and approvals making it adaptable to different locations, departments and teams. It's also really easy to collaborate with Greenhouse built in tools, scorecards, notes, reminders etc. We've been able to integrate greenhouse with a wide range of tools (LinkedIn, Slack, Zoom, Docusign) wich is a big plus. Finally the communication with candidates is made easy by different tools like automated messaging, self-scheduling options, bulk actions, feedback forms, etc. We've been able to deliver a world class candidate experience using Greenhouse.

Been using greenhouse from long time, Its great platform for a job applications because of its UI which is very user friendly and once you upload your resume it will ask for only basics details unlike other platforms which make this process hetic for the end user. By providing easy application process greenhouse saves the time of user. The referral process is also very smooth on greenhouse once you refer anyone then you can easily monitor the referral process.
