Greenhouse can translate a fair and organized selection process into a software. I've worked with many different hiring platforms in the past, and by far GH is the best. The way you can clearly see the pipeline, organize each phase of the selection process is very helpful. Whenever I see that a company uses Greenhouse for their selection process, it's a green flag for me. You can easily communicate with all you candidates, give updates, feedback, keep them warm - that's the best for me. Besides, the Greenhouse staff is very helpful and they always show you new features and how to navigate the platform. Keep in mind that English is not my first language, so my description might be a bit weird.
