One of the better ones out there
I've used many ATS's from Workable, and Lever to SmartRecruiters, I'd say Greenhouse is the better of the bunch. It's relatively easy to use and offers lots of customisation and reporting options. Integrations with other tools like LinkedIn Recruiter for the most part work well.

good overall recruiting management tool that could be great with small tweaks
It's an all in solution and it's very easy to set things up from a user and candidate perspective, also has a lot of integrations out of the box.

Its easy to use and pretty intuative. The Customer Support is great, having the live chat is very useful.
