The support team responds quickly and efficiently, which we really appreciate. We use the product daily, and it offers easy, user-friendly features. Adding new integrations is simple, with a wide range of options available for seamless access.

Overall Greenhouse is a solid platform that does what you need it to. I've never had any major issues or experienced outages where it prevented me from doing my job. Once you poke around as an admin level user, it's relatively easy to edit and create templates for offers, emails, etc. The flow of a candidate through the system is intuitive and they've made improvements recently that have helped fix issues that existed previously. Their support team is very responsive and helpful. They recently introduced a filter feature to keyword search a profile to help review the most relevant resumes first which, while far from perfect, is a must have for any role that gets more than 100 resumes. GH is a consistent product that does exactly what you need it to. We are not the highest volume hiring company, but for being <1000 employees that has consistent headcount, it does the job. We have not considered another ATS platform since bringing it on.
