Ease of use to access all the information I need to create HIPAA compliant records for my clients. I use many of the features on a daily basis and have been able to simplify my business into one streamlined account.

Practice Better keeps me organized with my clients in my business. My favorite part about it is that I can create NOTES on various health topics so that when that topic is discussed in a client session, I can send the information in a minute after our session ends. Everything is easy to find and search for. Practice Better also has automated reminders you can set for the client or set for yourself, so that either you or the client gets an email reminder on the date set. It is so nice to have all the information I've communicated to a client in one, secure place. It keeps clients from texting and emailing me in multiple places that makes it so difficult to get organized.

After 11 years of being a part of a private practice, where we had two different employees, handling billing, filing, and ordering labs, Practice Better has allowed me to lunch into a business of my own without the need for an administrative support person.
