Der Kundenservice ist ausgezeichnet. Ich mag, dass sie auch mehrere Funktionen wie Kleingeld, anonymes Spenden, das Bezahlen von Transaktionsgebühren und E-Cards sowie die Peer-to-Peer-Spendenseite anbieten. Die Plattform ist sehr robust.

SCIDpda has had very good experiences working with Goodworld's customer service and backend team to find accommodations on limitations in the interface/software and features not yet available. Questions are answered and addressed in a timely manner. As we re-enter the world of in-person fundraising via events and galas, we will continue to use Goodworld to represent our fundraising campaigns digitally.
