Customer support is also quite efficient to the queries raised, however they do not work 24/7 which might be a deal breaker for some of the teams. We use gather platform on daily basis to login and work from the virtual office. Considering the comptition, it provides a good number of features and is simple to use. You can integrate the platform with Google Calendar to receive notification about upcoming meetings. They have also added meeting reocrding feature within the platform.
