I appreciate the G-P has the capabilities to navigate connecting employees and organizations across the globe to find the best talent, and to manage the HR administrative side of managing that talent. We were able to find talented employees located where we needed them to be, even though we did not have a presence in their region. Additionally, managing the employment laws that can vary so widely by region has been a benefit as well.
