Senior Customer Service Manager

Being able to look at the customer's journey while ordering is helpful when correcting any actions with a customer. It is extremely easy to learn to use and when we've reached out to customer support, they've gotten back to us quickly.

Incredible detail for user review!

I think being able to see what a user is seeing is incredibly helpful from a customer support standpoint. It can be faster than asking the user to send a screenshot, and it is great to be able to go back and review what a user saw at any given time.
