Valuable tool for insight into UX

Heat map tracking, user session replay, and filtering by activities and clicks are some of the most useful resources FullStory has to offer. It is extremely valuable to see how users are interacting with our platform and which areas they seem to be comfortable in versus those that could use improvement. It has also given us insight into how often certain features and functions are being used, which informs our process of improving our product.
