Es ist einfach zu verwenden für Fachleute im Kundensupport. Probleme am Telefon zu lösen, während der Kunde am Telefon ist, ist wunderbar. Hauptsächlich, weil es eine Live-Ansichtsoption gibt. Auch die Tatsache, dass ich URLs zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt für unser Produktteam zur Überprüfung teilen kann.

Fullstory has been great and vital to our marketing efforts!

I love using the heatmapping tool especially, but they have multiple views that are very useful for web marketing businesses, including the metrics, and funnels. Admittedly, there is a lot I still need to discover about Fullstory, but it has been an excellent tool for our company. Having a customer success manager has been instrumental as well. They have been very helpful along the way.
