The fact that it is based on Salesforce, which we use as our "company OS", allows us to perfectly integrate all our HR processes with the rest of our operations. Its Employer Hub serves as a perfect, clear and clean frontend to our employees to track time, request time off, track their goals etc. Also, the public career page which perfectly integrates with our recruiting workflow is a strong asset. I suppose it would be very hard to find a solution with a similar rich offering at flair's competitive pricing. Add the world class support, this solutions leaves no wishes open for us.
