Good Product, Good Value, Good Team

Strong product offering for the pricepoint, and helpful / knowledgeable customer success team -- Emily and Lucas are both excellent, inquiries are responded to promptly and with attention to detail. Product team is also attentive / listens to customer feedback and acts on it. Fingerprint is at it's best when they go *deep* on particular problems. I love to hear about when they have researchers investigating an aspect/side effect of e.g. jailbroken or remote controlled phones.
