One of the best things about Files.com is the continous improvement and adding of new userful features. A recent feature that has been added is the ability to switch between Production, Development, and Test test environments from an icon link at the top of the page--a simple, but very useful improvment. As we build integrations, to other systems, we have not a had a limitation on the files.com side. Every time we have been able to do exactly what we've needed... all the protocols were available. Automations made managing the files easy. Overall easy to use, available, well supported when issues arise.
