A system that has the most potential but seems to always fall short.
The best piece of EZ Lynx is the Retention Center. It by far is the most important and most effective part of EZ Lynx (Agency Management System).

Excellent Well Rounded Insurance Management Software Solution
I began using this system after using AMS360. EZ Lynx has a much nicer user interface and is much more intuitive. The reporting functions are easy to use and comprehensive. I love how easy it is to view everything on a customer level all in one place and without searching around for items. I also love all of the different add ons, like the retention center. I also like that they have video tutorials on most pages, so you can get help right away.
