Dashboards are nice, they can definitely provide us with a quick glance on what might need attention, which is definitely appreciated in this high paced world we live in.

The built-in automation and reporting is an absolute game-changer. It's so nice to have an easily presentable way of presenting QA data which also doubles as a training tool. I love that if there is room for improvement in areas you can automatically initiate learning modules. I also love that coaching and 1-2-1s are built in. The evaluagent team is constantly looking to improve the product so I'm looking forward to seeing what is next
