Reporting - really good out of the box and customizable. Campaign flows - new approach for me, but able to accomplish some pretty sophisticated campaigns in short order.

Email campaigns are now easy. We have several newsletter and event campaigns setup that we modify (add to - in the case of newsletters) or clone (for webinars). We don’t have to start from scratch each time, and can see the statistics (opens, visits, opt-outs..) for the campaign right in the campaign window.
