I love the way Dovetail offers auto-transcribing videos (to my surprise it worked really well with Polish language), and jumping through that video by selecting the right parts from transcription. With highlighter and tagging I can quickly find the most interesting parts of the video. Before, my team rarely watched the recordings from usability testing, but it changed with relevant clips made in Dovetail. And it really changed their attitude to feedback when they were able to see participants reactions, instead of just summary.

Wir haben auch Personas für unsere Nutzer erstellt, daher mag ich die Flexibilität, die Dovetail mit zusätzlichen Daten bietet, die man erstellen und filtern kann.
