We've tested out literally dozens of alternatives for JIRA and finally found DoneDone to be the best among the pack. In contrast to JIRA and many others the interface seems to be really thought-through and fast (no tedious full page-reloads etc.). We especially liked that the interface hasn't been overloaded with complicated distracting features which will also facilitate onboarding new staff. There's also a mobile app which is working quite nicely and even a REST-ful API. Great!
