Best shared inbox for customer support

Birdseye view of all the inboxes. I never have to log in to other email service providers. Setting up is super easy. I use Namecheap as my domain provider and forward emails to DoneDone. If you provide customer support via email, you need to get this ASAP. - Very easy to add/delete team members to an inbox. - You can have private conversations with your teammates via the comment section so the customer can't see. - DoneDone is a small team, so when you email them, the owners reply.
