They are very responsive and flexible. ----- We periodically sell highly collectible items, which attract resellers that use “purchase bots.” DataDome is able to help us prevent these bots from overwhelming our site, allowing customers to purchase without experiencing delays. The technical team is available to provide guidance, and they are able to edits rules in the console on our behalf. We have been using them for years as one of the many components we use.
