The single drag and drop component makes life easier for ETL developers. Of course those all are doable in native SSIS with few workarounds but when you are running after deadlines , COZYROC is a blessing in disguise.

I like that there is a single components for something that would've taken me hours to create. You could create a script component and figure out a few workarounds, but when you have deadlines nothing beats being able to drag and drop one of these components and just getting the job done.
