Powerful System with simple setup and works with my existing camera hardware.
User interface is great. Performance is great. I have used both on premise Linux based systems that are slow and clunky, and Cloud based systems that are often slow or feature poor. The coram system is fast, previews load quickly, scrolling through hours of content is as easy as rolling my cursor through a timeline. AI features to search video content are helpful to quickly narrow down which cameras might have what I'm looking for.
Installation was too simple to believe. I literally plugged in the power, plugged in the network and grabbed the code from the unit to add to the coram site. I was online in minutes and viewing footage from my existing cameras.

Coram AI is so easy to use and set up. When I have an issue submitting support tickets is effortless. I love using it on the app or my computer. We use it every day. The cameras integrate seamlessly.

Great System and amazing support.
For me the system is very easy to use and self explanatory. The main features we use are the firearm detection and setting up trespass alerts for after hours times. The alerts are sent quickly and I really like being able to open a feed from the link. When the cameras were installed it was a seamless transition since we were able to use the existing cables from our previous system. We haven't had many issues but when we have the response from the support team has been swift and very helpful.
