It's very user friendly. With minimal in-person/virtual supervision, I was able to navigate the features. Tech support was readily available when needed. I use it often and use the new features they implement. It took just a week or two to get set up.

Formatting options in the email builder are great and easy to use. I also enjoy that we're able to add GIFs within emails. Adding GIFS has helped with engagement in our monthly newsletters. Reporting features are also a huge help! Last year, they rolled out a Read Time metric that confirms how long users review communications. This feature has already added invaluable insight into what we need to do to increase engagement. Lastly, It's rare when a function doesn't quite work in the app, but when it's down, the IT team is responsive and can solve any issue within the hour.
