We use connectteam for our staff communication. It's been very effective at improving our communication and engagement in events, awareness and important information. Polls are a very popular feature with our staff.

I use Connecteam to scheule employees and track hours for multiple companies. It's super user friendly and intuitive for lay staff. Implementation with new staff requires very little training and most of Connecteams short training videos are sufficeint for this. It's very celar how many hours I've scheduled, how many hours staff have clocked in and how many hours are PTO or unpaid time off. The customizable alerts for admins is outstanding and somewhat automates the process of time keeping. I enjoy the ability to taylor settings to each business needs. The celebrations feature is great to never miss staff birthdays and anniversaries. Customer support chat is very responsive and timely, even though the chat method of service can be cumbersome. Durring the 2 years I've been using this the company has continued to refine and improve on funcitionality, features and ease of use.
