I cannot praise this tool enough, it has spared us so much pain! First and foremost, I appreciate the user interface, it is a dream. It is stripped down to the features essential for your localization process at that moment, and adapts to your workflow as you go. Second, the realtime translation updates. If there are more contributors translating the same language at the same time, they will not step on eachother's toes, because they can see in real time what changes the others do. Third, the perfect GitHub integration. Big timesaver.
