The most helpful thing is the scheduling and the guys really like that it can hold all the job info even pictures. The ease with which I can pull job reports and many other very useful reports is awesome too because it really helps manage budgets.

Best in Class Performance and Customer Service

The user interface is exceptionally easy to use, so whether you've been using Clockshark for a long time or it's your first day working with it, everything is logical and easy to figure out on the fly. The help section details any of the higher level functions that aren't quite as easy to figure out for new users. The staff is passionate and knowledgeable and quick to assist with any problems you're having. I recently used the chat function to alert the staff of a bug that I noticed after a recent update, and they kept me updated every step up of the way until the problem was ultimately solved just a few days later.
