We are using this tool not only as a project management tool, but also as a client portal with internal chat tool and a secure file management system. It allows us to organise our media assets effectively, with features like version control ensuring that everyone is working on the latest copy of a project. Besides, clients can easily access the portal to review progress, provide feedback, and communicate their requirements and enhance overall satisfaction with our services. It’s unbelievable how it made our work a lot easier for us! It has both Apple IOS and Android application options. Some of our members need to use the portal on the go due to the nature of their roles and they get to keep in touch with the rest of us and all the information they need. This is crucial for our company.

My company has had Clinked membership for a while now but I have just started using Clinked at my new workplace and I already love it! I can organise everything and I can share it with only people from certain groups. Security is crucial for companies of any size, which Clinked provides successfully. It’s great that I don’t need any other tool to communicate with my coworkers. Project management is quite easy with Clinked. It’s also possible to use it with clients, which other departments often use.

File sharing: I don’t need a 3rd party file sharing tool to send files to anyone from the faculty or students and this is more secure. It’s also easier to grade assignments and exams through the portal. Communication: I can reach any student promptly and it’s crucial with a tight schedule like mine. Interface: It’s easy to use this tool without any support for me. It could be a bit harder for someone less familiar with technology but I can’t imagine a problem that can’t be solved with a little bit of supervision from the support team.
