I use ClientSuccess to organize client contacts and set pulse scores for our teams evaluation.

I like the flexibility of ClientSuccess. I can use the grid view and update, add items to-do, etc., all with a simple right-click. It came in super handy when I set all the initial pulse scores by a specific deadline. That's only one example of the different places ClientSuccess is flexible!
