It is great that once setup, your emails and contacts are auto-logged. It is very user-friendly to add a contact. I use the integration with Salesforce, which I find to work very nicely. The calendar feature is probably my favorite part, I really love that you can schedule meetings with 3rd parties to include multiple members on your team, without having to juggle looking at multiple calendars. The fact that you can make a few selections and then send the 3rd party a link with the available booking slots is very convenient. The customizability of the calendar specifics are great!
