Great solution for a lot of usecases, but archaic product

It has a great dashboard that gives a 10000-feet view on complaints and resolutions. Complaints are also automatically assigned to the right teams. This reduces response times and ensures issues don’t slip through the cracks. Great design too

Great Complaints handling system with quality features.

What i find most impressive about the cirrus complaints handling system is that the process can be easily streamlined and simplified to handle customer complaints. A user friendly interface allows for quick tracking and resolution. System is efficient in capturing detailed information which helps in efficient response to the customer in turn delivering excellent customer service and high service quality.
