Was mir gefiel - keine Einrichtungsgebühren, einfache Integration (besonders mit Tutorial-Videos auf ihrem Youtube-Kanal), großartiger Support und leicht zu navigierender Kontobereich. Wir waren ein lokales Unternehmen, haben uns aber entschieden, auf andere EU-Länder zu expandieren, daher war es unser Hauptziel, internationale Zahlungen mit Cardinity zu akzeptieren. Wir verkaufen Dienstleistungen online, also war das alles, was wir brauchten. Jetzt warten wir nur darauf, dass diese Kunden auftauchen.

I like that they are cheap and quick on response. Our company managed to switch from another provider because we saw that Cardinity offers smaller fees per transaction. This was the main reason we switched. The reason we stayed is because of the way they communicate with us. I like that it's direct and personal while providing quality support. Also, and this is the best part, is that they are quick to respond to letters. We had a few problems which we needed to be fixed asap. We wrote to their support, hoping that if we haven't solved the problem by the time they respond, we would use their help. Usually, they are faster than our google skills, so they save us time and work to help our site.
