BrandMail wurde über unsere Marketingabteilung an unserer Schule eingeführt. Die Implementierung war nahtlos und einfach für unsere IT-Abteilung, um sie eigenständig über unser Active Directory zu verwalten. Wenn wir jedoch bei einem Aspekt stecken blieben, war das Kundensupport-Team nur eine E-Mail oder einen Anruf entfernt. Ihre schnelle Unterstützung stellte sicher, dass es auf unserer Seite keine Frustrationen gab.

I love BrandMail's customer service. I've only been on the platform for a short period of time, but they have been so helpful every step of the way. I also feel that BrandMail is a perfect fit in regards to what I was looking for. That is something that allowed me to have our company signatures easy to manage, and sync company wide. Update 11/17/24: I just wanted to update my review after using Brandmail for over a year. We are still using the platform, and we love it! Tech support is top-notch, although we haven't had any problems with their software. They've helped us with other issues regarding our DMARC and SPF settings. We ran into an issue with them and they helped us correct it, which was wonderful. They didn't have to do that as it didn't have anything to do with them.
