The data in the platform is incredibly detailed to show performance of our site for both synthetic and real user monitoring, in addition to our business and revenue opportunities. In addition to the data, we have custom alerts set up to identify any anomalies in performance so if there is an error we are able to quickly identify the impact and work on a resolution. The BTT team has also been great to work with as they regularly identify areas for opportunity in the platform and have provided our team with insights that we have been able to pass along to our team and 3rd party partners to make optimizations.
