I like the workflow editor integrated into Labguru. There is a bit of a learning curve to learning how to use workflows, but once understood, it is easy to automate tasks within the ELN. The organization of the ELN makes sense - I enjoy how collections are structured and how easy it is to filter these collections to find data of interest. Customer support is response, helpful, and friendly. I quickly get support with questions I have about website usage or programming workflows.

One of the aspects we appreciate the most about Labguru is its excellent customer support, especially Meirav, Ilya, and Li-Or. Whether we've encountered issues or simply needed guidance on how to better utilize the platform, Labguru's customer support has consistently provided prompt and reliable service. They've proven to be a reliable partner, not just a service provider. The automation capabilities in Labguru are a game-changer. Automating routine tasks has saved us a considerable amount of time and reduced the chance of human error.
