I love that the cardholders have virtually instant access to their charges to select account codes, write a description and upload a receipt without anything from me. They love not having to wait for a spreadsheet I would typically give them after month close. Bento makes it easy to export to our accounting system. Their technical team was very helpful setting me up to import to Quickbooks Online with rules.

I like being able to deposit from my desk. No need to go to the bank.
