I use BambooHR for employee management and payment detail records, and I love how well I can customize it. I can introduce new fields and adjust the UI to my needs. Adding new fields for custom payment details, emails, and contact details makes it easy to customize the software to fit our organization's specific needs. The initial setup was very easy, and I appreciate how the API can be utilized to connect to other tools that are not natively supported.
