Overall, we really enjoyed hosting an event on Balloon and appreciated the excellent support from the Balloon team. A few highlights: - I love the fact that you can request features and see their roadmap. The Ballon team is actually listening and working on continuously improving the platform. - Having to pay only for the people who show up, the attendees. This also really sets them apart from competitors. - The intuitive use of the platform for organizers and attendees alike. We had many positive comments about the platform and if something was unclear, we got fast responses and/or solutions. As a team, we're looking forward to using Balloon for future events and are excited to see what developments are coming up next.
