I think Automox does a great job of patching endpoints, especially laptops. From my experience it does a great job of patching clients as soon as they check in, as long as its configured like that. It is very easy to work with and create update policies. Automox also does a great job of showing you which endpoints are patched and which have any updates that are missing right on the front page. Even though Automox is used heavily for patch management, it can also be used for pushing out software and powershell scripts to computers. Anything that can be done with powershell can pretty much be done through Automox. Even if you are not an expert in powershell, Automox offers many tools that help with scripting such as their Otto AI helper for writing scripts. They even have a catalog of hundreds of useful scripts that you can easily add and use in your environment. Overall, it is a great patch management system that has helped us over the past year. Also to mention, Automox's user support is great. They are quick to respond and always happy to help us out when we have any questions or suggestions.
