Upsides include not only the technical support but the diverse product stack. We began with search, and now use them for collection page, personilisation, cross-sell, bundles, and even integrate them with Klaviyo to increase CTR of our flows and campaigns. Ease of implmentation was and has been great, almost fully looked after by the team.

|Searchspring a division on Athos Commerce
Nothing. They were terrible to work with. Employees didn't know the product, and they delivered nothing and charged us $5000. They strung us along for months and where not honest.
